Located at the Melbourne Airport, Dufry is one of the global leaders in Travel Retail. We partner with innovative, international beauty houses that represent a large number of well-known brands. To ensure success, we are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our Sisley team. This position is full time.
As we are located in a dynamic airport environment, you must be able to work on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday between 5:00am and 12:00am, 7 days a week.
To be considered for this position, candidates will ideally display:
- Previous experience in a skin care / cosmetics sales environment
- Energy and drive for selling and ensuring a great customer experience.
- Proven ability to deliver on and exceed set KPI's and targets.
- The ability to work in a fast paced and continually changing environment.
- A "can do" attitude & a strong team player.
- An outgoing and vibrant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin
- Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
