Key responsibilities:
Deliver quality, profitable sales in accordance with established budget
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive store and channel experience for the customer and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
Achieve performance requirements in line with our C.R.E.A.T.E sales model
Contribute to the Good Guys brand and store experience through quality Visual Merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation
Deliver sales support activities, including:
- analysing, ordering and replenishing stock
- customer purchases, web sales
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms, active participation in Supplier training events and other development opportunities
