About the Role
Working together with the Pharmacist Manager, The Retail Manager will be responsible for successful performance, profitability and continued growth of the retail side of the business. The role will suit a flexible, motivated self-sufficient Store Manager who enjoys a variety of duties. Working with an experienced team in an established store will give you an opportunity to lead the store to greatness.
Skills and Experience
- Previous Retail Management experience (preferrably from within a pharmacy or cosmetics)
- Experience managing a diverse team
- ability to drive a team to targets and KPIS
- Full P & L Accountability
- Stock management experience
- A flare for merchandising
