• Taking full responsibility for all aspects of store management including driving sales, mentoring staff, promoting extraordinary service, and inventory control and wage management
• You will deliver a customer experience like no other - including developing tight-knit relationships with local customers
• You will spearhead the in-store styling events and morning teas to showcase new products and seasonal launches

We’ll love you for your……

• Previous retail management experience preferably in fashion
• Track record of achieving strong sales results
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team
• Commercial understanding of business metrics and drivers - targets; average dollar, units per transaction etc
• Extraordinary Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and initiative
• Your love of Black Pepper
