The Client

The Position

As the boutique manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the running of the boutique, including driving sales, and bringing the team together for staff training and development. Working with marketing, human resources and the finance team you will drive the strategic vision of the boutique, coach your team while ensuring all standards of luxury are met.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a store manager within a luxury environment
• Previously increased your stores sales performance and achieved comparable growth
• Ambitious and goal driven with the ability to lead a strong sales team
• Love to coach and develop your team while ensuring high standards are met
