ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth and expansion we have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Buyer to join a growing team. This is your chance to use your previous creation, leadership and analytical skills to the test! Build your category and help Kaufland succeed
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Product development including packaging;
- Observe and analyse market research data, trends and Kaufland sales;
- Inspection and optimisation of product range by competitor benchmarking;
- Collaboration with the Head of Private Label, Brand Management & Quality Management;
- Responsible for the development of sales, turnover and gross profits for your category;
- Develop and lead your team to achieve success;
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor of Business or similar;
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role;
- Ability to travel Domestically & Internationally;
- Strategic thinking and planning skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Previous leadership experience;
