Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Retail Management role
• Experience in monitoring and driving store sales targets and KPI's
• Capability to implement strategies and approaches to drive productivity and results
• Proven ability to develop, train and performance manage team members
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Customer service and selling
• Time management skills
• Communication skills
