Our Full-time sale machines are our leaders, they are an extension of our values built over the last 15 years. We look for people who can build teams through coaching to strengths and supporting weaknesses.

We are looking for Sale Machines who are thinking beyond this role and looking at what their future could hold if they are successful here. #franchise

Responsibilities

• Ensure your store runs at an optimum level every day.
• Coach, mentor and motivate staff.
• Build a “success” culture through positive management.
• Know your numbers and what’s needed to achieve them.
• Bring fresh merchandise and engagement ideas.
• The usual rostering and day to day management.
