Our ECCO Store in WESTFIELD CHATSWOOD is looking for a passion Store Manager, dedicated in providing a personal level of customer service.

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including leading your team, developing rosters, executing marketing campaigns and selling shoes!

The successful applicant will:

· Have the ability to provide high quality customer service

. Develop a loyal cliente base

· Dedicated to exceed sales and other KPI targets

· Provide a 'hands on' leadership style

. Deliver on staff training and development

· Have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

· Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
