Chempro Chemists is one of the fastest growing pharmacy groups in Australia boasting over 80 stores in South East QLD and Northern NSW. As our business expands we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Field Support Specialist to join our Operations Team.

About the role

Leading and influencing our Chempro group of stores towards stronger retail initiatives with a positive ROI, we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Field Support Specialist with proven industry experience.

Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager, with autonomy and flexibility where no two days are the same, the Field Support Specialist will be responsible for the management of the allocated territory with a concentration on the execution of the company's business strategy, goals and vision whilst driving operational excellence. 

The successful applicant must be ready to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and work with other departments, pharmacies and internal and external key stakeholders to hit the ground running. Having a positive disposition, can do attitude and the enthusiasm to start processes from start to finish will see the candidate excel in this unique opportunity.
 

Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:

• Develop and execute an effective territory plan to achieve key outcomes and goals.
• Implement and execute all strategies as a standard KPI to create consistency across the group.
• Developing, nurturing and maintaining relationships within your territory and region.
• Assist stores in retail developments, techniques and initiatives and to improve their day to day efficiencies and operations.
• Territory Management –  map and manage your allocated territory within expected call cycle.
• Develop solid relationships with the stores key stakeholders, understand their business needs to help drive them to execute standards to achieve overall business growth.
• Complete standards checklist to ensure brand consistency, detail and provide sufficient staff training on any current or new initiatives.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a similar size organisation
• Pharmacy experience is preferable but not essential.
• Previous retail and field role experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously without direction on a daily basis.
• Passionate about delivery results in your territory and the desire to achieve exemplary service and solutions to our network of stores.
