Multi-Site Customer Screening Officer (Retail Health) - Bondi/Leichhardt/Eastgardens

The Successful Candidate:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated customer screening officer to work out of the Bondi, Leichhardt and Eastgardens stores on a full-time employment basis. You will thrive working in a fast paced, diverse and exciting environment. We are looking for someone who:

- Can actively engage with members of the public and encourage them to take a hearing test
- Has flexible working hours – 7 day flexibility is desirable

The Duties:
You will be required to:
- Actively encourage customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing and use the Touch Screen Test
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet our Clinician
- Provide support to the customer, Clinician and Store Manager
- Build rapport with new and current customers
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
