We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily business operations in the southern area of Perth WA.
About the role:
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start; as the Assistant Manager you will possess the following:
Skills and experience
- Experience in Automotive Aftermarket Sales
- Work well in a busy Team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and phone techniques
- Self-motivated and have a strong desire to pursue a career in management with Burson Auto Parts
Roles and responsibilities
- Achieve store budgets for sales and gross profit
- Implement and adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Act as a role model for other employees
- Inventory Management
- Daily banking
- Debtor control
