The Role:
We currently have a vacancy for a passionate, energetic, motivated and knowledgeable casual Colourist/Sales Assistant at our Prahran showroom. We seek a person with flair, strong selling ability who can offer expert advice to customers and grow sales.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work closely with an experienced and hard working team, delivering exceptional customer service exciting customers in our full range of products and offer expert technical advice, providing solutions to our customer's needs.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Cash handling / EFTPOS transactions
- Manual handling of product
- Accurately tinting paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels throughout the store
- Comply with safety standards
Essential Criteria
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales and expectations
- Ability to offer the highest levels of customer service, reliability and excellent communication skills
- Preferable training in colour and design or extensive experience in painting industry would be highly regarded.
Please note: You will be required to work every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There may also be an opportunity to work extra days when required.
