Retail Sales - Cash Converters Palmerston
Joining us as a Retail Sales Assistant you could expect to work with a fun, outgoing and friendly team. Add to that a management team that believes in investing in its staff and an environment which fosters ongoing growth and development.
Your position will involve being the face of the company, assisting customers with whatever needs they may have. In addition to your role as a Retail Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn other sections of the business and become multi-skilled! A day would span from serving a customer, asking questions, listening to their needs and providing top notch solutions! Building amazing displays in store using your creative merchandising skills, promoting other sections of the business, working as a team to build a positive store environment and being flexible to jump in and lend a helping hand whenever needed.

Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers from all backgrounds and varying walks of life
- Asking discovery questions to provide the right solutions to meet our customers needs
- Building rapport with our customers through your friendly and welcoming approach
- Motivation to reach and exceed sales targets
- Merchandise displays and cabinets using your eye for creativity and flair for something eye catching!
- Price products in store, work amongst your team to achieve maximum results!
Previous retail experience is an advantage but not necessary together with:
- The motivation to sell to meet a customers needs
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- A good work ethic
- Ability to be proactive and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- A strong team player
- A passion to learn
