ABOUT THE ROLE / DUTIES:

• Chadstone is a major player for this brand- this ASM role is for a Senior Assistant Manager (or that Store Manager ready to get into an amazing brand with great growth potential!) 
• Go above and beyond in your learning of Product Knowledge- and having FUN while doing it 
• Driving a sales orientated environment, using Budgets and KPI's to help you achieve your Weekly and Monthly Bonuses 
• Keeping a Fast-Pace with a "Make it Happen Attitude" 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Previous Management / Leadership retail experience is essential. Senior Assistant Managers or Store Managers are perfect for this role. 
• Ability to work in a fast environment
• An enthusiastic approach to work, taking initiative to maximise sales and driving great customer service
