Store Manager | North Face

Our client operates over 70 retail stores in a number of dynamic environments across Australia and New Zealand. The brands that they sell include Lee, Wrangler, Riders, Speedo, Lacoste and Ben Sherman. Established over 40 years ago, The North Face has seen many explorers and outdoor athletes take on many challenges to fulfil their dreams and hobbies with the support, quality and expertise of The North Face gear. 

They are now looking for a Store Manager to join their company in Birkenhead Point, NSW, with the potential to earn an Attractive Negotiable Salary + Superannuation + Employee Discounts for all Brands. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide advice and insight into all of the products and managing the retail team efficiently. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, manage and coach a team of retail staff
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Manage the store budget and ensure KPI's are met
• Use your outdoor and adventuring knowledge to exceed customer expectations

• You will be an outdoor enthusiast and well travelled
