We are one of the Leading Lighting Retailers in Australia.
We currently have an opportunity in our Macgregor store in QLD for a dynamic, customer focused Assistant Store Manager, with a successful track record of achievement in retail management. This is a Full Time Position with an Attractive Salary Package.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be assisting with the management of the store to effectively deliver outstanding results. This role requires previous experience in a leadership or management role in a similar retail environment, strong financial awareness and the drive in assisting to coach and develop a team. We strive to provide our customers with the best service possible and for that we require our staff to be reliable and embrace a fast PACED environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Assisting the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximising sales and profit earnings
- Assisting with store rostering
- Coaching and developing Team Members
- Ensuring the culture is maintained and ongoing career path opportunities are provided
To succeed in this role you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of retail experience.
- Possess strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and training.
- Experience within the Lighting Industry would be a Bonus.
