We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced, mature minded Assistant Store Manager (Part Time) to join our Hornsby team. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a successful team, all whilst delivering exceptional customer service. This position will involve working a set roster of approximately 30 hours per week.

As the successful candidate you will have the following qualification and experience:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager/Manager in a competitive retail store, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Ability to build a positive, motivated and successful team
  • Proven capability in reaching sales targets and incentives
  • Outstanding communication and people management skills
  • Excellent time management/organisational skills
  • Experience in rostering, managing budgets and stock management
  • Strong merchandise standards and store presentation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and an understanding of computer systems
  • The ability to understand and drive the Blue Illusion Culture and Values within your team
