Store Manager

Kelly Services are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Perth. Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Store Manager to create an inspiring, customer committed atmosphere.

You will be managing one of their flagship stores for Perth and managing a team of between 15 - 25 employees. This is a very high-profile store that attracts a high volume of customers. The store will undergo a major redevelopment over the next 6-12 months so it is a fantastic time to join the team!

You will lead from the front, work with transparency and will be happy to roll your sleeves up and help the team work towards KPI’s. You will be able to motivate and liaise with the team but also communicate with senior management when they fly over for leadership meetings.

This would be a great opportunity for someone that has experience managing profit & loss accounts and is looking for a career path. There is the opportunity to progress within the role to manage multiple stores.

The Role:


• To manage and motivate a team of between 15 - 25 sales consultants
• To develop a high performing team adhering to KPI’s
• Managing the profit and loss, balance sheets and labour budgets
• Take responsibility for recruitment and training of new staff members
• To roll out a sales capability program that has recently been developed


The Requirements:


• Previous retail store management experience (ideally within the telecommunication/ electronics industry)
• Experience managing teams of 12 people +
• Must have experience managing profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, labour budgets
• Previous experience working towards targets and KPI’s
• Previous sales experience
• Experience motivating and leading teams to success
