We are on the lookout for an exceptional and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our TEMT store in Parramatta.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Visual Merchandising in the store
- Assisting in training and development of staff
- Managing all day to day operations of the store in the absence of store manager
- Managing and maintaining the security and safety of the store
You will need to have:
- At least 1 years experience in an Assistant Store Manager position (female fashion preferable)
- A passion for retail customer service
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing sales and wages budgets
