The Role
Now looking for an Store Manager with a sense of fun and ability to motivate the team at their Moonee Ponds store.
We are on the look out for an talented and experienced fashion stylist who is ready to hit the ground running and be ready to rock the most fashionable outfits daily. You will be all about the customer styling them head to toe each visit! Your proven sales and team development skills will be your highlight and you will be ready to start an career not just a job. You will have fantastic support from experienced Area Managers and State Managers, in a thriving and rewarding environment where success is recognised.
Skills and experiences
- Management ideally within fashion if not retail management
- Passion for fashion is a must!
- The ability to train and development your team
- A strong background in managing to KPI's
- The proven ability to exceed sales targets
- You will have experience in growing a database of customers
- Roster to wage budgets experience
- Understanding time management
- The ability to performance manage your staff and create accountability
- You will be a manager that is patient but determined to succeed
- You will be good at self assessing your business
- Clear and precise communication with a fashion forward presentation
