CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – 6 MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE POSITION

Sunrider Australia is part of the Sunrider International Group and has been operating in Australia since 1990.

Our mission is to improve the lifestyle, health and well-being of people through our innovative and exclusive herbal food, beverage and skin care product range and at the same time offer people an opportunity to develop their own independent business here in Australia.

We are looking for a Customer Services Representative (maternity leave contract) from early August 2018 until early February 2019 to work in our Waterloo office and be responsible for providing customer support to our distributors and customers across Australia and New Zealand as well as some administrative duties.

Duties include but are not limited to;

·         Responsible for reception/product showroom areas and order entry via the phone or online

·         Maintain and update customer account records

·         Provide customer support and follow up phone and email inquiries

·         General office administration, cash receipt and sales reconciliation

·         Assist with social media and promotions

·         Work closely with our local management and operational team to achieve results

·         Support the Company by attending special events in the community (health and business exhibitions) and company meetings in our Sydney office

Ideal Requirements/Skills:

·         Excellent customer service skills – experience in a frontline customer service role for at least 12 months is preferred

·         Well presented with a personal interest in health, beauty and/or fitness

·         A quick learner with the ability to multi-task

·         An understanding of the Direct Selling Industry

·         Great communication and problem-solving skills

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office

·         Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a small team and meet deadlines

·         Can work independently and take initiative

·         Willingness to assist in other departments when required

·         Candidates with bilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin/Cantonese, will be highly regarded.
