The Role:
As a Store manager you will support the Retail Management team in overseeing all facets of the store. Reporting into the Area Manager you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, sales attainment, financial growth and the provision of the highest level of service.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional leadership abilities
- Undertake operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training and coaching
- Actively drive the achievement of sales & KPI targets
- Develop a culture in line with Nine West values
- Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues
- Drive policy & procedure adherence
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous retail management experience
- Proven ability to meet & exceed KPI's
- Motivational leadership style that creates internal growth
- Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
- Ability to initiate change by influencing and inspiring your team
- An understanding of all in store retail operations
