The role:

Our client is a fast paced fashion retailer who is seeking a experienced and senior high volume and fun Store Manager to join their successful store located in Richmond. To be successful in this role you will come an high turnover/ high volume retailer, ideally from fashion however we are taking applications of managers with a passion for the industry as well!

In this role you will be required to lead, drive and support your team of 15+! You will lead by example in delivering the highest level of customer service from greeting the customer to your up keep of store standards. Your attitude will be very sales driven, with a passion for maximising profitability amongst the team! You will see yourself working in a team environment where hard work is recognised! An most of all wear casual/ comfortable on trend clothes to work! TRACKIE IT UP!

Skills and experiences required:

Experience of Retail Manager within a high volume retailer
History of managing a successful team of 12+
Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team towards high achieving outcomes
Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills
Management of profit & loss, wages and budgets
Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
Experience in reaching, driving and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers
Managing team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicators
Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
