Kevin Paisley is expanding in the West of Melbourne and has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Optical Dispenser with previous management experience to join the team.
Drawing from a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise, we pride ourselves in providing our clients with superior optical care and the latest international designer frames and sunglasses to match, all in a vibrant and relaxing environment.
We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who loves fashion and providing a memorable client experience to manage our store and work with the team to grow the business.
In order to succeed in this role you must have:
- Minimum 2 years prior optical dispensing experience.
- Strong retail skills.
- A friendly personality and an eye for fashion.
- To improve vision and confidence of our clients leading to healthier and happier lives.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- An ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales budgets.
- Prior team management experience is desirable although experienced optical dispensers ready for the next step are encouraged to apply.
You must be able and willing to work weekend shifts on a regular rotating basis.
