• Strong sales and kpi driven
• Ability to lead from the front
• Confident and self motivated
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Well presented

The Role:

• Manage a team of 8 staff plus
• Ensure sales and kpis are met and exceeded
• Performance management
• Good communicator
• High level of stock turnover
• Faced paced

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with 8 plus team
• Retail sales back round
• Performance management experience a must
• Previous experience with a fast paced retailer
• Proven retail management experience
