Based in the unmissable shopping and dining destination of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, we have a unique opportunity for a strong 2IC or Store Manager, seeking to join a global retailer who are expanding its operations throughout Australia.

Commencing with a short to medium term contract, this role could change your future! Ongoing employment opportunities will be considered.

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your store, including leading your team, developing rosters, executing marketing campaigns and selling shoes!

The successful applicant will:

·         Have the ability to build and motivate a successful sales team

·         Dedicated to exceed sales and other KPI targets

·         Be pro-active and independent

·         Be driven to deliver a high level of quality service

·         Have a ‘hands on’ leadership style

·         Have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

·         Have a minimum of 12 months experience managing and leading a team
