Style My Home is a rapidly growing online and bricks and mortar furniture brand offering unique Hamptons and Coastal inspired furniture in Sydney and is looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant (or Permanent Part Time) to join us at our Style My Home Retail Store at Chatswood (769 Pacific Highway Chatswood).
We are seeking a new colleague to join our small, close sales team. The role is for 4/5 days per week including one weekend day with a consistent weekly roster with hours between 10-5pm. This new role will commence in July 2018 (immediate commencement).
We are looking for dynamic, bubbly team members who appreciate being a part of a growing unique online business with energetic and dynamic colleagues.
Would easily accommodate candidates who are studying and wanting work that can fit in with their university or colleague timetable or running their own business and need some steady income.
You will need to show strong sales potential, great presentation skills and genuinely have a love of helping customers find their perfect solution!!!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding and personable customer service to all customers
- Answering phones and online emails during opening hours
- Showroom maintenance and visual merchandising
- Styling Mood Boards and Get the Look promotions
- Processing physical and online sales
- Accepting and unpacking new stock arrivals
- Updating our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Executing in-store promotions
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated ability in sales or interior styling/design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Competency using Apple products including ipad, imac, mail and google chrome
- A customers come first attitude with excellent personal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a fast-paced team
- Ability to work well in a small team
