What we need:

We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated individuals in both sales and support roles, to join our culturally diverse team in Adelaide servicing our entire Asia-Pacific region on a casual basis.

Successful candidates will form part of a casual pool of employees, fluent in various languages, who will be available at short notice to support our ever-growing and dynamic team.

About you:

  • The ability to speak one of the following languages is mandatory:
    • Mandarin and/or Cantonese
    • Korean
    • Japanese (the ability to speak Keigo Japanese would be a distinct advantage)
    • English
  • Previous work experience in phone-based customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a friendly phone manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows®
  • Previous experience working in the Software/IT industry required
  • Passionate and team-oriented

Your day will look a bit like this:

  • Support
    • Take care of 1st-Level technical support for our various APAC markets who have questions about the TeamViewer software.
    • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users.
    • Determine the potential for further sales opportunities and address them according to our internal processes.
    • Hold online demonstrations to explain software functionalities.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction calls and surveys to further improve our service.
    • Follow up on outstanding service issues.
  • Sales

    • Introduce, demonstrate, sell and promote all current and new TeamViewer products to our China based customers. This will be done over the phone and via email.
    • Assist prospects and existing customers with queries, offering them suitable solutions relevant to their needs.
    • Contact potential and existing clients and convert to opportunities.
    • Follow up outbound activities and convert into sales opportunities.
