We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to assist the manager in the day to day operations of the store. Working closely with the manager the role will be to motivate the sales staff and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. This includes a thorough knowledge of the inventory and ability to deal with problems as they arise.
Duties:
Customer service
Visual merchandising
Stock organisation/ re-stocking
Handling/moving heavy suitcase sized cartons
Inventory control
Order fulfillment
Cash handling
The ideal candidate will have solid retail experience with a strong focus on customer service. A thorough understanding in computer basics is required. This includes Microsoft outlook, word, excel and internet explorer and the ability to troubleshoot when required.
The position is part-time for up to 30-37 hours per week and will consist of a varied roster including weekday and weekend work.
There will be a store management opportunity arise in early 2019 so there is potential for advancement from this role.
