About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our company on a casual basis for up to 12 hours per week. Additional hours will be available from time to time for annual leave cover when required. The successful applicant will be a dynamic individual who loves talking to people, enjoys providing exceptional customer service and knows how to close a sale. The main duties include but are not are not be limited to:
- Sales & customer service
- Invoice processing and administration
- Merchandising, price ticketing, cleaning and vacuuming the sales floor
- Receiving goods & helping to move stock into position
- Helping with customer deliveries, pick ups and furniture assembly periodically
About You
We are seeking a talented individual with a flair for selling while maintaining a high standard of customer service. If you are confident in your sales ability, enjoy interacting with people and get a buzz out of achieving targets and goals, we would love to hear from you! We are ideally looking for people with:
- Prior experience in selling directly to customers and achieving set targets
- Ability to converse with people and quickly build a rapport
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings periodically
- Physical fitness to lift and help with deliveries as required
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Positive mindset and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills over the phone, email and in person
