Associated Retailers Limited is a growing retail and wholesale service group which specialises in buying and marketing a range of products across a variety of retail businesses under well-known brand names, including Sportspower, Toyworld, Compleat Angler, Camping World and Mensland.

We are currently rolling out a new Point of Sale system to our independent retailers and require an analytical, customer service focussed Data Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance and analyses of product and sales information. 

Key activities for this role will include:

• Maintaining the databases
• Providing implementation/transition support to the stores
• Liaising with suppliers on new product lines and categories. Sourcing product information and creating new product files
• Maintaining data and product image integrity
• Uploading of promotional information
• Generating and analysing reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Communicating the reports and recommendations
• Training, back up and support to end users

The successful candidate will have:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, an essential aspect for this role
• Previous exposure to Point of Sale systems, Retail Express experience would be highly regarded
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Demonstrable  strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A positive "can do" attitude and most importantly enthusiasm and passion for your craft.
• Retail experience, which not essential but advantageous.
