Full-Time Retail Service Station Manager

bp Botany is looking for a Retail Manager for an immediate start preferably with Service Station experience, but not essential.
Solid experience within a fast-paced retail industry is vital. This hands-on role involves day to day management of a busy service station with a café offering.
You will need:
- Demonstrate the ability and history of leading a Retail team.
- Have the ability to work within a structured framework, working closely with the Operations Manager.
- Maintain and implement new procedures as required.
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment and lead a team efficiently.
- Possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards in all stores
- Manage stock levels across the store
- Lead, recruit, train, motivate and coach a high performing team.
- Report on business performance, sales, new initiatives and relevant issues as required.
- Manage escalations from customers (feedback, complaints)

Weekend work is part of the role with every second weekend a requirement of the position.
Salary $60,000.00 plus Superannuation to the right candidate.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Retail.
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven Cash Handling Skills
- Independent worker and a team player
- Working well with others, using excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Results driven, motivated, positive, can-do attitude.
- Good decision-making and commercial savvy
- Strong computer and online skills.
