About the business and the role

MONCLER was founded in Grenoble, France, in 1952 and is currently headquartered in Milan, Italy. Over the years the brand has combined style with constant technological research assisted by experts in activities linked to the world of the mountain. This makes the Moncler collections the quintessence of endurance outerwear that marries the extreme demands of nature with those of city life. In 2003 Remo Ruffini took over the company, of which he is currently President and Creative Director. MONCLER manufactures and directly distributes quality men's, women's, children's and accessory collections through its boutiques and in exclusive international department stores and multi-brand outlets.

 

Due to the sucessful lauch of our first boutique in Chadstone, MONCLER is pleased to invest in our personnel as a key growth tool of the business. Currently we are looking to recruit the right staff as soon as possible. The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Previous experience in stock management roles, in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
  • Client service and commercial mindset;
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
  • Ability in dealing with people;
  • Contribute to achieve common goals, being a partner accountable and reliable, demonstrating willingness to constantly improve;
  • Work with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation;
  • Share knowledge and information with the rest of the team with a clear and open communication way.
  • Willingness to evolve in the organization;
  • Fluency & sophistication in English, while another language is a plus;
  • Openness to new technologies.
  • Available for immediate start is preferred
