The Role:
An exciting and fabulous role has come available for an experienced Regional Manager to join our favourite beauty client!
As the Regional Manager of Queensland you will oversee multiple sites within department stores, retail stores and pharmacy locations and be reporting back to your supportive National Sales Manager. You will be managing stores from Far North Queensland, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Your focus will be to build your businesses through strong sale techniques, product knowledge and guiding both your Managers and Team Members to success through your weekly visits and coaching.
To be successful in this application you will come from a luxury or premium retailer within fashion, beauty or accessories and hold a senior regional manager title.
Skills and experiences required:
- Successful background of being an luxury Regional Manager
- Proven history of achieving allocated sales budgets
- Reporting, reviewing and developing with wholesale and retail performance outcomes
- Strong detail to analysing opportunities for your stores future growth
- Developing business plans
- Managing rosters to ensure profitable sales outcomes are achieved
- Experience of high standards of visual merchandising results
- Effective set up and sell throughs of all prior company launches
- Dedicated to see your staff through with outstanding coaching and developing
- You are a strong leader and can inspire, motivate, engage and drive results
