About the role
As a Store Manager , you will assist the Operations Manager to drive a team of passionate and energetic people to be customer focused and service focused. You will be in charge to motivate and support your team in achieving sales and store targets. As well as ensuring your store achieves a high level of customer service from greeting to farewell of each customer.

We are looking for an individual who is career driven, energetic and have strong leadership skills. The applicant must possess the following attributes:
- A flair for retail merchandising and running in store promotions
- Inventory Management – receipting, dead stock and maintaining a core range
- Exceptional communication, people and delegation skills
- People Management, including recruitment, rostering, training, personal development and succession management
- Ability to achieve KPI’s
- Ability to learn new procedures and systems
- Upholding Workplace Health & Safety Standards
