About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson to join our team at our Brisbane site in Eagle Farm.

Reporting to the State Manager - Retail, this role involves overseeing the process of qualified customer appointments and vehicle inspections, ensuring purchase volumes and customer satisfaction standards are met.

  • Handle all customer calls/enquiries with respect and courtesy.
  • Inspect vehicles and ensure road tests are conducted.
  • Document evaluation process is compliant when purchasing.
  • Meet profit objectives and minimise individual losses.
  • Complete Personal Property Securities Register and Written off Vehicle Record checks on all potential purchases.
  • Ensure the business is compliant with state and federal requirements.

 

About you

  • A Sales licence desirable (we can train and provide this for the right person).
  • A manual drivers licence.
  • Understand the value and importance of a customer.
  • The ability to embrace change and have the desire to learn and develop.
  • Exposure to working in a similar role in the automotive/manufacturing industry or similar.
  • A strong desire to accept a challenge and deliver results.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of DMS systems.
