Online Sales Consultant - Web Team

DigiDIRECT is Australia's leading independent photographic retailer.
A major component of our Company's success comes from our Online / Web Department. The "Web Team" manages our national call centre, live chat, web sales, online ordering and customer fulfillment.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic new team members with photographic skills and product knowledge to assist us in this vital area of our growing business.
As a member of the Web Team your duties and responsibilities will be varied. Our focus is on providing customers with great service, professional advice and ensuring they always have a positive digiDIRECT experience.
The digiDIRECT team have a can-do attitude towards doing business. They have a willingness to learn, teach, adapt and above all help others. They understand the importance of being leaders in the photographic industry and continually work towards achieving outstanding results.
What we require:
- A knowledge and understanding of photographic products and photography
- Attention to detail to ensure things are done once and done right
- The ability to go the extra yard when needed to finish the task at hand
- A team player
- An honest, hardworking and trustworthy person
- A background in retail would be an advantage
- Good computer skills & data entry skills
