About the Role

Due to our clients success they are now seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their showroom located in Essendon. The key to success in this role will be to demonstrated strong sales experience and your ability to take a consultative approach in building rapport with customers, preferably from within the building/trades industry.

Please note: While a successful and proven senior sales ability is required, prior knowledge of bathroom products isn't necessary. You will receive full and extensive training and the opportunity to grow with this national brand!

Skills & Experience

• Must be sales driven with proven results in reaching sales targets
• Must come from a strong relationship building background
• Make cold calls to potential leads and build a business relationship
• Have a strong understanding of the selling process
• A desire to work in a multi-faceted role extending to sales, customer service and administration as well as business development
• Genuine desire to grow a long term career within a market leader
• Local candidate in a similar industry advantageous but not essential
• Strong ability to close a sale but also look for ways to build business
• A positive attitude with high attention to detail
• Ability to visit customers on site and and put together deals
• Ability to work as part of a team and wear the company uniform with pride
