This role is an essential part of the continued growth and success of a well known retailer specialising in haircare and beauty products.
Key responsibilities
To manage and maintain inventory across the e-comm and wholesale stores, driving all analysis and managing all aspects of ordering and inventory processes.
- Support the Merchandise/Inventory team in day to day tasks as well as assisting the Head of Merchandise with OTB management
- End-to-end inventory management from order management to overseeing our 3PL with receipting stock, updating inventory status and resolving item enquiries and discrepancies
- Stock ordering and setting up replenishment cycles
- Working with suppliers on PO management
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices internally
- Running sales reports and analysis
- Liaise with Buying team to manage all new product launches
- Assisting with franchisee enquiries
To be successful:
- You'll need to be an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a flexible can-do attitude!
- Have experience working within a fast pace environment, preferably within retail
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
- Analytically minded with strong excel skills
- Experience in an Allocator position is desirable but not essential
