Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest level of Burberry standards within Back of House, office and offsite areas
  • Supervise the stock room and all related policies and processes i.e. deliveries including stock and packaging, dispatches, inventory, tagging compliance etc
  • Assist Store Manager in support sales floor efficiency through operational support roles to ensure they are effectively supporting the sales floor and enhancing the customer experience and sales
  • Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and processes are adhered to
  • Supervise and process goods issue and transfers, store to store transfers and returns to hub
  • Support Front of House (FOH) teams to maintain all satellite FOH areas (if applicable to store)
  • Working closely with the Store Manager in the planning, completion and analysis of store stocktakesAssisting in regular replenishment of floor stock
  • Assist the Store Manager in ordering weekly packaging, based on forecasted sales
  • Assist in recruitment, on-boarding and developing all store operational support
  • Partner with Store Manager to identify the training and development needs of the BOH team
  • Partner with Store Manager to supervise the Store Operations team, fostering a coaching environment

  • Financial targets: store profitability, achieving and succeeding sales targets 
  • Operational compliance as per company standards and expectations
  • Health and Safety management as per legislation in the back of house, and front of house areas where applicable
  • Organisation of store operations section of the stores
  • Stocktake execution and shrinkage results
  • Burberry Experience Evaluation Results
  • Retaining and developing team members (if applicable)
