The Purpose
Exciting opportunity to join our Sydney flagship store. This position will be required to provide customers with an inspirational shopping experience, maximise every sale opportunity and support the store management team in the efficient running of the store
Key requirements
Sales Productivity
- Achievement of daily individual sales targets
- To give the highest standard of customer service at all times
- To present oneself in line with the brand image and company dress code
- Assist in resolving and solving customer enquiries in store and on the phone
- Participate in on going product, sales and visual merchandising training to ensure a high level of customer service is offered.
Operational Management
- To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store, back office and reserve areas
- Assist in the planning and completion of store stock takes and ensure accurate counting of stock
- Assist in Store stock deliveries.
- Store stock replenishment from reserve
- Maintain store in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines
- Understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures including GST refunds, till procedures, returns, credit notes and exchanges
