About the Role:
Now a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join the brand and manage their beautiful store at CARINDALE. Leading a team of 5 staff members you will lead from the front and bring along all of your finest retail management skills. You will not have to come from a jewellery background however retail management is a must. Ideally you will speak fluent Cantonese or Mandarin as this will most definitely help with communicating to your clientele.
Skills & Experience needed:
• A proven track record in Retail Management experience within a sales and customer specialist high ticket retail model.
• Experience working with Jewellery or Premium Watches or luxury retail is highly desirable.
• The ability to exceed company expectations in relation to sales targets and KPI's plus experience in managing P&L within a multi million $$ retail business.
• A desire to lead a team from the front building confidence and loyalty within your people.
• Exceptional sales skills and the ability to build repeat business
• A genuine love of jewellery and design.
• A creative merchandising flair in creating displays
• Excellent communications skills and immaculate personal presentation
• Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin would be highly regarded.
