Reporting to the Head of Facilities Maintenance, you will coordinate the repairs and maintenance of the United Fuel and LPG pumps, lines and tanks.

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordination of repairs and maintenance of United's pumps and tanks for retail sites;
- Appointing, monitoring and supervision of subcontractors delivering maintenance, renovations and general upgrades/building works across selected states;
- Managing quotes, invoices and general work order administration;
- Reviewing completed work orders assuring quality scope and specifications are met;
- Inspecting and signing off on completion of works;
- Assisting in development of in-house software systems and preferred supplier database;
- Maintaining OH&S on-site to ensure a safe working environment;
- Responsible for delivering multiple projects in a high-pressure environment;
- Managing various work orders and projects relating to repairs and maintenance, small works and other facilities related repairs;
- Scheduling preventative and reactive maintenance via in-house database for all services in a retail petroleum environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in petroleum, oil and/or gas industries will be a distinct advantage;
- Willingness to work on Saturday mornings and also on call after hours on a rotational basis; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
