Pavement United Brands is the only Tween fashion brand offering cool, fun fashion exclusively for 8 to 16 year old girls and boys. We are a privately owned and run business with stores nationally. We are currently looking for a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager for our new store at Westfield Carousel opening end of August 2018.
About the role
As Store Manager you will be instrumental in driving customer service and operational excellence at the store.
Skills & Experience
- Previous fashion management experience preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive, motivate and inspire your team
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage targets
- Merchandising in fashion or fashion related products
- Roster management
- Passionate about a career in retail management
