DFS Australia is looking for a polished inventory coordinator professional to join our Cartier team at our Sydney T Galleria, located in The Rocks historic precinct.

You will  be responsible for inventory control for our Cartier Boutique including daily and month reports along with
reporting of stock status to the Boutique Manager. Your high standards of customer service and attention to detail will support our vision to provide the ultimate luxury experience for our customers.

You will be required to:

  • Assist the maintenance of presentation quantities and special display minimums;
  • Prepare/dispatch daily sales reports;
  • Follow up duties in regards to Boutique maintenance – VM photo reports when Boutique Manager is out of office;
  • Execute any SKU actions plans;
  • Provide feedback to sales management on stock status;
  • Coordinate the execution and reconciliation of regularly scheduled cycle counts and adjustments of inventory damages and lost and found;
  • Research inventory variances;
  • Direct and support inventory preparation, execute price changes and markdown;
  • Manage gift with purchase inventory;
  • Develop stock adjustments to support promotional activities and assist with daily departmental promotions;
  • Assist the Boutique Manager and sales team as needed

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) – Mandarin desired but not essential
  • Computer literacy MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proactive team player with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Basic Math Skills and able to use a 10 key calculator
  • Flexible with working hours

This is an exciting and challenging role, which requires a positive and engaging inventory coordinator professional with a keen sense of business acumen to deliver high standards of work while maintaining a commitment to our values and luxury service standards.

Our Sydney Galleria is open 7 days from 11.00 am - 7.00 pm.  Hours offered are on a rostered basis.  Flexibility is essential.
