We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate retail superstar to join our SDS Darwin Gateway store in an Assistant Manager role!
What's unique about a Assistant Store Manager role with us?
As the Assistant Manager, you will drive and motivate the team to maximise sales, support the Manager in stock management and visual merchandising and provide an exceptional experience for your customer.
This will give you an amazing challenge and the opportunity to grow in the role. We encourage succession planning and have a large, diverse network of stores so that you can move around to gain experience. Most of our Area Managers have been succession planned through the business and we aim to fill vacant roles internally where possible.
