Our Client, an internationally established luxury retail brand, seeks an experienced full time Sales Consultant with a strong desire to develop knowledge within the hard luxury industry by joining their beautiful Collins Street Maison. The successful candidate must have proven success in selling high value creations and providing exceptional customer service.

With a new boutique opening soon, this is a growing team and opportunities to be involved in the set up and launch of the new boutique exist for the right applicant.

The role will be focused on:

• Providing the highest level of customer service to exceed client expectations
• Working as a part of a diverse and successful team to achieve group and personal targets
• Developing and growing client relationships
• Dedication to consistently refining and developing product knowledge
• Ability to become an brand ambassador for the products housed in the boutique

We’re looking for candidates that are:

• Passionate about luxury fashion, leathergoods, timepieces and jewellery
• Polished presentation with great communication skills
• Experienced within retail sales- (luxury sales is advantageous)
• Client focused and enjoys building strong relationships
• Experienced working with local and international clients is advantageous
• An all-round team player who thrives on achieving team goals.
