The successful applicant will have to demonstrate that they have strong retail and sales management skills, experience and motivation to quickly become our best store managers. Running a REID Cycles store is challenging because of the high volume of sales, the diverse range of products and services, the number of staff under the manager's direction and the hours we are open each week. Your commercial acumen, sales and training abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment must set you apart.
You will work full time equivalent hours over a 7 day roster - our stores are open on weekdays from 10 to 5.30 and Weekends from 10 to 5.

- Ability to drive the sales and profitability of the store

- Strong organisational and merchandising skills
- Experience with people and roster management
- Strong financial, P&L and expense management skills
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Company specific training will be provided. We also want someone who will take ownership, bring new ideas and their strong management experience to the team.
The store manager oversees the sales floor, people, workshop, build and store inventory management, so it's a diverse role. Our stores are exciting, fun environments to work in.
