Bakers Delight is currently looking for an experienced & enthusiastic permanent full time Area Manager to join the WA Operations team!

Bakery experience is not essential as we will provide extensive training to the successful candidate, covering all aspects of bakery operations. Multi-site food retail or hospitality experience with an emphasis on business growth is a requirement of this role.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Multi-site experience in a food retail or hospitality franchised environment;
- Demonstrated influencing skills with a track record of implementing change;
- Strong financial understanding and ability to drive profit results;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Previous experience in analysing reports/data for strategic business planning;
- Current drivers license.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Looking after an area of up to 25 franchised bakeries;
- Coaching Franchisees with the goal of growing sales and profitability of their retail bakeries;
- Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate future growth of your portfolio including developing a talent pool of potential Franchisees;
- Supporting initiatives that facilitate continuous improvement of brand standards;
- Providing leadership to Franchisees and Bakery Managers;
- Identifying strategies to connect the franchise portfolio to maximise results of the region as a whole.
